Admin access lets you create and manage users within your Research Desk account.

Accessing Admin

Select Admin in the left navigation bar. You need admin permissions to see this section.

Creating a new user

Open Admin

Click Admin in the navigation bar.

Click New User

Opens the user creation form.

Enter account details

Set the username to the recipient’s email address. Fill in remaining required fields.

Save

The new user receives an account creation email from clientsuccess@repdata.com with setup instructions.

Permissions

Account permissions control which projects, accounts, and actions a user can access. Permissions are assigned at the account level. Contact your Rep Data representative to adjust permission tiers beyond standard admin capabilities.

Redirect security keys

If your account uses redirect hashing, the secret key used to generate hash values (hk) is issued in the Admin section.
  • Keep secret keys confidential — they validate return redirects from your survey platform
  • Contact clientsuccess@repdata.com if you need hashing enabled or do not see the Enable Hashing on Return Redirects option on surveys

Qualifications and Quality libraries

Two reference libraries appear in the main navigation:
Do not alter qualification or quality library content. Changes may cause inaccurate targeting or quality checks.

For SAML-based single sign-on setup, work with your Rep Data representative and your IT team. See Account Access for sign-in behavior.
