# Exporting and Reporting

> Download traffic reports, ID lookups, cost summaries, and reconciliation exports from Research Desk.

Research Desk provides several export and reporting options at the project, survey, and source level.

## Traffic report

The traffic report provides transactional-level respondent data, including:

* RDUD and legacy RID
* Project, survey, and source
* Supply source
* Logged buyer and client CPI
* Respondent status codes

**Where to find it:**

* **Reports** tab in the main navigation
* `…` menu on any project, survey, or source row → **Download traffic report**

The report is filtered dynamically based on the object you export from. It lists full IDs that were blocked by Research Defender or entered the survey with their status codes.

## ID lookup tool

Export data for specific respondent IDs:

1. Click the `…` menu on a survey
2. Select **ID Lookup Tool**
3. Paste RDUDs or legacy RIDs
4. Select the fields to include
5. Click **Generate Export**

## Cost summary

The cost summary breaks down spend by source number, including reconciliation outcomes and financial impact.

**Where to find it:** `…` menu on any project, survey, or source row → **Export Cost Summary**

You can also export a project-level cost summary from the project task menu during [reconciliation](/research-desk/guides/07-reconciliation).

## Reconciliation exports

From the reconciliation screen:

| Export                         | Location                         | Use case                               |
| ------------------------------ | -------------------------------- | -------------------------------------- |
| **Reconciliation History Log** | Button next to Reconcile Project | Audit who processed which IDs and when |
| **IDs by Status**              | Download icon per status row     | Share final ID lists by outcome        |
| **IDs by Supplier**            | Reconciliation exports           | Confirm costs with external vendors    |
