# Qualifications Library

> Browse and download Research Desk qualifications for sample targeting.

The Qualifications Library lists the respondent qualification questions Research Desk uses for sample targeting and sub-quota management.

  Qualifications are centrally maintained by Rep Data. The library is for **reference only** — do not alter qualification definitions. Changes may cause inaccurate data collection.

## Accessing the library

### In the Research Desk application

1. Open the **Qualifications** section in the main navigation bar
2. Browse or search available qualifications
3. Click **Download Library** to export the full qualification list

### Via Demand API

Fetch qualifications programmatically with a GET request:

Use this when building integrations that need real-time qualification metadata.

## Using qualifications in sources

When configuring an Internal source (**Buy Sample**):

1. Add qualifications from the left panel in the source setup screen
2. Hover over the information icon to preview question text and answer choices
3. Configure quota targets on the right panel

If you need an audience the library does not support, contact your Customer Success Manager for creative targeting advice.
